Clyne Golf Club

Club Information

Clyne Golf Club has a rich golfing history going back over nearly a hundred years. The course was designed in the 1920s by Harry Colt and was listed in Peter Alliss’s ‘The 200 Best Courses in the British Isles’. The Alliss connection doesn’t stop there however, as Peter’s father, Percy, was in fact the club’s first ever professional between 1920 and 1926. In terms of facilities Clyne offers an extensive choice including six target greens, chipping and putting greens and practice nets. The clubhouse has large, panoramic windows upstairs allowing visitors to sit and enjoy the events unfolding on the 9th and 18th greens.
