This par 70, 6,184 yard golf course, distinguished for being known as the home of the Stableford points scoring system, Glamorganshire will provide you with striking views over the sea. With narrow tree lined fairways, well-guarded greens and with over sixty well considered bunkers, it offers a demanding but reasonable test to golfers of all abilities. The investment that has been made within the club, means the club tees are every bit as good as, the excellent undulating greens and superbly reshaped bunkers. 18 Holes, Par 70, Yardage 6184. Parkland.
Glamorganshire Golf Club is situated off the town of Penarth which is just 5 miles from the Welsh capital city Cardiff.
The highlight of the day was the views of the channel which were spectacular on 3rd and 16th holes. Although temporary tees, course was in very good condition, fairway shots still had some run and the greens were good paced. This is quite a long course, lots of walking but suitable for us ladies. We really enjoyed our round.
