The club earned its royal status on Tuesday 8th June 1926, and has since been viewed as one of the best golfing venues in Aberdeenshire. There is plenty to support this reputation, none more so than receiving regular visits from the 1999 Open champion Paul Lawrie. Additional attractions to be enjoyed throughout the course come in the form of the variety of wildlife that has been spotted including puffins, falcons, dolphins and Minke whales, adding another dimension to your round.
A great course surrounded by fantastic scenery, home to one of the most memorable par 3s in Scotland.
