Shandon Park is located just 3 miles east of Belfast city centre and is home to one of the best Parkland courses in Northern Ireland. Over the years the club has hosted many great tournaments, including the Galagher Ulster Open from 1965-1970, which saw the likes of Peter Oosterhuis and Peter Allis take to the course. More recently Shandon Park hosted the 2012 Ladies British Open Amateur Stroke Play. Furthermore, the club has produced some great talent with Michael Hoey, a former Walker Cup player and regular on the European Tour learning his trade at Shandon Park. The clubhouse, which was rebuilt in 2000, is a modern building which houses a bar and restaurant with a terrace overlooking the 1st fairway and 18th green.
A wonderful championship course which has played host to numerous prestigious tournaments.
