Bushfoot Golf Club is a 9 hole course that is ranked in the top 10 nine hole courses in Ireland, with a stunning setting overlooking the beach of Runkerry Bay in Portballintrae. The 1st / 10th hole has been described as one of the finest in all of golf along the North Antrim Coast. Bushfoot was established in 1890 and has evolved over the years into a fine, predominantly, links course surrounded by the river Bush from which the famous whiskey is produced nearby. Bushfoot even has it's own "Road Hole" to rival St. Andrews where you hit out over the green keeper's sheds to a hidden fairway beyond. Renowned for it's year round play-ability and great course condition Bushfoot is one not to be missed. From the competition tees the course measures over 6000yds (18 holes) and has two sets of tee boxes on most holes for the second 9.
