The golf course lies on the edge of the Vale of York, with the Howardian Hills as a backdrop. The course itself is inherently attractive, but there are some very fine views from various parts of the course as you make your way round. The course is made up primarily of parkland and heathland, with an abundance of mature trees. Hazards consist of the inevitable sand traps and some wandering water. The ‘Pond Hole’ 13th might be considered the signature hole, although many would award that accolade to the rather fine 18th.
The Easingwold Golf Club is located in Easingwold, North Yorkshire. It is located just off the A19 between York and Thirsk.
