Continuously improved since being established in 1891, the Bristol & Clifton Golf Club has gradually become one of the county’s premier venues as well as home to the renowned English Amateur, Gary Wolstenholme. Bristol & Clifton Golf Club is surely one of the county’s top venues and is regularly used by the English Golf Union for its many tournaments, including hosting the English Senior Men’s Amateur Championship being played in 2013 and the English Women’s Open Stroke Play Championship to be played in 2016.
