Originally designed by one of the great course architects Harry Colt, Brokenhurst Golf Club is renowned for its quality greens and fairways. The course has a great deal of history as it has played host to many names including a warm up round for the Ryder Cup team of 1931 before they sailed from Southampton, to the current course record holders; Justin Rose and Richard Bland. The clubhouse has an extensive patio area which overlooks the course.
Brokenhurst is definitely worth a visit from travellers and locals alike. The golf course is truly complemented by the landscape and the high possibility of seeing the local wildlife.
