Originally formed as a 9 hole course in 1898, this James Braid designed course neighbours Royal Liverpool, scene of Tiger Woods’ 2006 Open triumph. Although this course will never host a Major championship it is still used as practise for the Open. Half way through your round you will be greeted with hot pies and tea which will certainly set you up for a nice finish.
Fun course that makes for a much easier and cheaper alternative from its neighbor Royal Liverpool.
