This 18-hole parkland course was originally designed by James Braid, but also includes four holes designed by Henry Cotton. These two legendary course architects have created a wonderful test of golf that measures just shy of 6,300 yards and incorporates numerous water hazards, as well as a great mix of short and long holes that are sure to test all aspects of your game.

    Wonderful course, played there most of the time while being in UK. The person in the pro shop is great really looking after his customers, very helpful.

    Where next?

    Rolling course next to the River Tees. A lot of short par 4s. Holes 13 to 17 are the best on the course. Only downside is you need markers telling you how far it is to the next tee. Onesays 176 yards .overall though worth a visit for a society

    1st time we played this course for 2 of the 3 ball. I will keep it short, it was that good and we enjoyed it that much we played again on the 2nd of Nov as as a 2 ball (2nd time for both) great condition great people. Excellent value for money. Top Golf Club. Would recommend to anyone.

    Good challenge at Eaglescliffe

    The course is a good challenge for all golfers, Some fantastic looking holes, 5th, 13th, 14th and 17th stand out for me, staff and members very friendly, will definitely play again.

    Really enjoyed it.could get used to the course. Great condition and we'll kept course. Some great holes. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Certain a good test of golf.
